north star shadow boxes

These 2 boxes honor my father, an utterly practical man, a mechanical engineer, who outlined in pencil the proper place for each hand tool in his tool cabinet. Yet he wove into our lives whimsy, play, and inventiveness and unleashed our imaginations and potential. He embodies patience and constancy. He is my north star.

    So meaningful. I enjoyed seeing these the other day. You and your father have much in common, not the least of which is the talent in your hands.

    Hi!
    I wholeheartedly agree with Michel's comment. I've also got an envelope of turtle shell sections....you know they sort of shed them. I have no use for these things but you might.
